Privacy policy

Your name and identifier (phone or email). The contents of Oaths you send and receive. Payment details handled by Stripe. Basic device and access logs used to keep the platform secure.

We do not sell your data. We do not read the content of your Oaths except where required to resolve a reported dispute, comply with law, or detect abuse.

Stripe processes payments. Twilio or similar handles verification. Email infrastructure handles notifications. These vendors receive only the minimum data needed to perform their function.

You can export your Oaths and delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your account, identifying data, and message contents within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
